Job Summary

A health technology company has a current position open for a Remote Patient Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Resolving and/or appealing denials and rejections
  • Identifying billing/system/collections issues
  • Meeting productivity and accuracy standards as established by management

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years' experience in medical billing or call center
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good math skills
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of healthcare billing and collection practices
  • Basic computer skills (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel)
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing and/or collections practices
