Job Summary

A dental services company has a current position open for a Remote Patient Service Representative in the Raleigh Durham Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers and provide accurate information in a professional manner
• Assist support staff as needed to resolve customer issues and perform database maintenance
• Set appointments for patients with a high level of accuracy

Required Skills:

• Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
• 1-3 years of customer service representative experience in an office setting or similar role
• Strong communication and grammar skills (written and oral)
• Strong computer skills with the ability to use multiple applications at once
• Adept at building positive relationships with customers and co-workers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, continually changing environment
