Job Summary

A home healthcare company is seeking a Remote Patient Services Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Provide focused resolution, support, and information to patients
  • Manage cases and requests for services in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collect, verify, and confirm non-clinical information and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and a highly diverse clientele
  • Minimum of two years’ insurance, quality improvement, or healthcare operations experience
  • Proficient with basic Microsoft Office application
