Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Patient Services Counsel Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing legal counsel and risk management advice on commercial contracts with patient services' suppliers
- Driving innovation and actively contribute to new strategies supporting business and contracting goals
- Acting as counsel on a broad range of issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Juris Doctor or equivalent degree is required
- Admission to New Jersey Bar or ability to obtain NJ in-house limited license
- 5+ years of related experience in a legal counseling role in the pharma/biotech industry or a significant healthcare practice at a law firm
- Deep knowledge of US healthcare fraud and abuse laws and enforcement trends
- Strong negotiation and conflict management experience is required
- Ability to manage and influence across a cross-functional matrix organization
