Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Patient Services Phone Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating optimal patient access and maximize accuracy of data entry
- Promptly answering, screening, and processing medical service requests
- Collaborating in developing team priorities and patient goals & care plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years of experience working in a medical office customer service setting
- Computer proficient (MS Office Suite and EMR) with the ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM
- 1-2 years of experience to include: incoming calls from patients, answer inquiries and questions, etc
- Must show proof of current CPR certification or be CPR certified within 60 days of hire
