Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Patient Services Phone Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitating optimal patient access and maximize accuracy of data entry
  • Promptly answering, screening, and processing medical service requests
  • Collaborating in developing team priorities and patient goals & care plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a medical office customer service setting
  • Computer proficient (MS Office Suite and EMR) with the ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM
  • 1-2 years of experience to include: incoming calls from patients, answer inquiries and questions, etc
  • Must show proof of current CPR certification or be CPR certified within 60 days of hire
