Job Summary

A mental health therapy company is in need of a Remote Patient Services Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Work with customers to resolve inquiries
  • Interview patients to complete insurance and privacy forms
  • Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence

Position Requirements Include:

  • 10-15% travel may be required
  • 1 year remote administrative or customer service experience
  • 2 years in a call center environment
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment
