Job Summary
A mental healthcare provider has an open position for a Remote Patient Services Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer inquiry calls, emails, web forms, etc
- Provide live information to patients, families, and referrents
- Respond to inquiries quickly and efficiently
Required Skills:
- Exciting team retreats
- 2+ years of experience as a call center representative, customer service representative, and/or patient scheduling
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, subject to rapid change and innovation
- Experience with fast-paced, high volume inbound call management
