Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Patient Support Center Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Consistently exhibiting behavior and communication skills
  • Multi-tasking utilizing double monitors for data entry, phone etiquette, and use of resources
  • Providing services to internal and external customers

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years working in a customer service-based role
  • Must pass Patient Support Center screening test
  • Ability to demonstrate strong proficiency using MS Suite and other systems
  • Ability to work rotating shifts
