Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Patient Support Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Consistently exhibiting behavior and communication skills
- Multi-tasking utilizing double monitors for data entry, phone etiquette, and use of resources
- Providing services to internal and external customers
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 2+ years working in a customer service-based role
- Must pass Patient Support Center screening test
- Ability to demonstrate strong proficiency using MS Suite and other systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts
