An information technology and data science consultancy is seeking a Remote Patient Support Coordinator Reimbursement Specialist in Berkeley Heights.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Acting as a reimbursement navigator for patients, healthcare providers and pharmacies
• Supporting the Patient Support Specialists in managing case loads
• Assessing all patient needs and documenting all case notes

Required Skills:

• Remote during pandemic
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Knowledge of IV and oral product reimbursement
• Understanding of the healthcare industry, including private and government payer landscape
• Utilize critical thinking to problem-solve access challenges
• Proven experience resolving customer issues
