A health and wellness company is seeking a Remote Patient Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing support for food subsidy programs to help customers order healthy groceries & prepared meals
- Partnering with engineering and telehealth operations teams to communicate and resolve issues
- Monitoring customer support platform to meet team goals, proactively identify user experience problems, and find solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Previous customer service experience demonstrating ability to help people via email and phone
- Ability to connect with patients and members to understand and resolve issues
- Ability to quickly pick up new technologies and skills
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and problem-solving skills to resolve user issues efficiently
