Job Summary

A health-tech startup needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Patient Support Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Exhibiting the Culture of Performance and Core Values by regularly applying as guiding principles
  • Working closely with each individual to ensure they are meeting required standards
  • Conducting weekly one on one meetings with each patient support specialist

Qualifications Include:

  • 12 to 24 months as Customer Service Team Lead in a call center environment
  • Strong scheduling skills for teams of 10 or more agents
  • Strong reporting and Excel skills
  • Familiar with Zendesk, or other call center management software
  • Must have a good understanding of computers, hardware, networks, etc
  • Should be able to prepare Process Documents and Presentations
