Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma required; college education preferred
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
• Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with supporting consumer products and/or services
• 100% attendance required for training sessions
