Job Summary

A staffing company is seeking a Remote Payment Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Interpreting lease agreements and other land-related agreements
  • Evaluating rental provisions including flat and complex rents across all phases
  • Fulfilling data requests for commercial real estate transactions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Familiarity with contracts and complex payment terms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) applications and SAP Transactional Knowledge
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving
  • Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience as a payment or accounting analyst
