Job Summary
A financial services company that offers a payment card platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Payment Card Platform Compliance Senior Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define, design and implement a robust control environment to ensure compliance
- Analyze data to understand the needs and challenges facing our bank partners and customers
- Engineer scalable processes to drive compliance across all customer programs, especially consumer programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience in the payments industry
- Knowledge of current and emerging payment systems, customer constructs, bank and network requirements
- Knowledge of consumer protection regulations (Reg E, Reg Z, etc.), AML/BSA and sanctions requirements
- Experience working directly with, or supporting internal control functions in technology, payments/banking
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Analytical and problem solving experience with a strong focus on quality assurance of output
