Remote Payment Handling Application Support Analyst in Bowling Green

Job Summary

An outdoor lifestyle retailer is searching for a person to fill their position as a Remote Payment Handling Application Support Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Monitoring daily automated and manual processes to ensure accurate and timely handling of Good Sam transactions, especially payments
• Monitoring job, server, and program status, providing troubleshooting within guidelines and contacting other team members for next level support
• Working as part of the IT Applications, Development, and Operations team to solve problems for and provide necessary services

Qualifications Include:

• 4+ years of experience in supporting system software in on-premises, SaaS and PaaS environments
• Experience with functional or system-level testing
• Being adept at quickly learning new platforms, and then owning the support/care of that platform, and training other support staff
• A strong knowledge of IT in general (Java, JavaScript, Microsoft C#, Salesforce Apex, PHP, Microsoft SQL, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL)
• The ability to convey technical information in non-technical terms
