Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Payment Integrity Facility Ideation Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Recommending changes to current product development procedures based on market research and new trends
- Participating in analytical, experimental, investigative and other fact-finding work in support of concept development
- Identifying savings initiatives that drive specific and measurable results for assigned clients
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel 25 % of the Time
- Demonstrated exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong project management approach with excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Highly collaborative and consultative style with ability to establish credibility quickly
- 3 years of experience auditing, billing, and/or facility coding claims
