• Establishing and manage department performance, controls, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensuring that daily department operations align with organizational objective
• Preparing and distributing routine performance and savings reports to leadership

• 10+ years direct payment integrity experience with meaningful results
• Have Experience leading transformational change
• Possess a track record of achieving bold business and operational goals in a complex environment
