Job Summary
A financial technology company has an open position for a Remote Payment Operations Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive all aspects of payment issues
- Escalate inquiries as needed and resolve-transaction-related issues relative to billing, collections, and settlements
- Design and monitor reports to capture insights through leading and lagging indicators
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Payment or Finance Operations
- Affinity for data, capturing insights, and telling a story through reporting to foresee and proactively address challenges
- Analytical thinker with a high attention to detail
- Strong due diligence and task management skills
