Job Summary
An internet services company is filling a position for a Remote Payment Operations Associate in Nashville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for resolving payment issues as well as handling the daily payment processes
- Analyze payment data using Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools plus cultivate internal knowledge related to all things payments
- Be responsoble for maximizing the customer toolset in order to ensure buyers have a smooth transaction experience
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA or BS Degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience in operations or customer support role
- Ability to identify pain points in daily operations and advocate for change
- Maintain strong analytical and communication skills
- Possess an interest in task-based, operational work and a passion for customer payment experience
- Strong mathematical and Excel skills
