Job Summary
A FinTech-as-a-Service company is filling a position for a Remote Payment Operations Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of current Core, Protect and Payment products
- Designing and executing a runbook for all operational payment processes and procedures
- Becoming the primary admin for fraud monitoring and AML services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in cards, payments, banking, or other financial services
- 3-5+ of those years leading or managing a lean team
- You don’t shy away from complex problems and are enthusiastic about establishing best practices
- A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
- You have a customer-oriented approach, with a pragmatic personality
- Passionate about and have a deep knowledge of global and emerging payments technologies
