Job Summary

A FinTech-as-a-Service company is filling a position for a Remote Payment Operations Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of current Core, Protect and Payment products
  • Designing and executing a runbook for all operational payment processes and procedures
  • Becoming the primary admin for fraud monitoring and AML services

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in cards, payments, banking, or other financial services
  • 3-5+ of those years leading or managing a lean team
  • You don’t shy away from complex problems and are enthusiastic about establishing best practices
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
  • You have a customer-oriented approach, with a pragmatic personality
  • Passionate about and have a deep knowledge of global and emerging payments technologies
