Job Summary

A medical care system is in need of a Remote Payment Posting Representative in Duluth.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Initiating and maintaining cash flow processes
• Processing payments, denials, and corresponding adjustments to patient accounts
• Reviewing patient accounts to determine when refund of monies is appropriate

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in office setting
• Ability to process refund requests from insurance companies, patients, and others
• Ability to promote a customer-focused atmosphere
