Job Summary

A company is looking for a PFS Representative CBO Billing Cash Posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process electronic and manual payment postings to patient accounts
• Reconcile account balances and pursue payments and denials
• Provide customer service and assist with billing and payment issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• Minimum of 2 years of patient financial services or revenue cycle experience
• At least 1 year of previous payment posting experience
• Strong knowledge of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
