A payment processing software developer has an open position for a Remote Payment Processing Software Customer Service Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Resolve basic or tier 1 payment and account related requests
  • Provide standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens
  • Enter required data into client provided systems and databases

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must have at least one full year of recent contact center experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
