Job Summary
A payment processing software developer has an open position for a Remote Payment Processing Software Customer Service Agent.
Must be able to:
- Resolve basic or tier 1 payment and account related requests
- Provide standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens
- Enter required data into client provided systems and databases
Position Requirements Include:
- Must have at least one full year of recent contact center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
