Job Summary
A full-service utility submetering company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Payment Resolution Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Research balances carried forward
- Make payments to providers to avoid disconnections
- Work with providers and internal teams to resolve unpaid balances.
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Are proficient in navigating through multiple different computer programs
- Are comfortable on the phone
- Have the ability to work independently and with others
