Job Summary

A financial software development firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Payment Services Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing and maintaining department procedures
  • Performing direct management duties of Payment Services staff
  • Providing back-up support as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' of banking operations
  • 2+ years' managing or leading a team
  • 5+ years' in customer service branch banking, or payment operations support department
  • Expertise in domestic and FX Wire processing, Wire Service Messages, and SWIFT
  • Knowledge of online banking services and ability to support
  • Knowledge of FIS and Finastra applications
