A financial services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payment Servicing and Collections Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Shaping the strategy and lay out the roadmap
- Managing the BPO relationship
- Developing a multi-channel strategic collection framework
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8 + years of collections experience in the consumer lending and credit card space
- Extensive knowledge of collection techniques
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Must be proficient with dialer, IVR, and workforce management tools
- Knowledge of call center tools and technology
- Strong experience with Excel and ability to create pivot tables, charts, and effective formulas
