Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Payment Software Client Manager in Minneapolis.
Must be able to:
- Provide world-class customer support to a set of client accounts
- Manage special projects as needed to improve system and services
- Identify opportunities for site expansions or other sales/revenue opportunities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to participate in local conferences/meetings to help contribute to marketing efforts
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years' experience in survey analysis, compensation program management or compensation systems
- High level of expertise utilizing PC/Web applications, particularly Excel and Word
- High ethical standards; ability to protect the confidentiality of client and survey publisher data
