Job Summary
A patient-to-payment solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payment Solutions Commercial Operations Analyst I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning the delivery of detailed Commercial reporting and insights analysis
- Servingas the SFDC subject matter expert; lead and design SFDC-based process efficiencies
- Directing the process and flow of information for account planning
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or related field
- Solid proficiency in core Microsoft Office products (Word / Excel / SharePoint / PPT) is required
- 3+ years sales force effectiveness, sales resource optimization, sales support or similar experience
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal & presentation
- Extensive Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is required, with specific focus in report and dashboard builds
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to plan, meet deadlines, prioritize projects and manage a cross-functional team
