Job Summary

A financial services and workforce payment solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Payment Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support suppliers (and customers) through inbound phone calls and emails
  • Resolve questions and issues to stakeholder satisfaction
  • Enter information received into the database

Qualifications Include:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
