Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Payment Technology Lead Development Representative in the Dallas Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing feedback on system discrepancies or data issues by submitting tickets for investigation and resolution
  • Using questioning and listening skills that support effective omni-channel client conversations
  • Proficiently responding to inbound SMS Texts, Emails, phone calls, and make outbound phone calls to reach leads

Qualifications Include:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Previous CRM experience with at least 50 WPM typing speed
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • Extremely tech savvy - Experience using multiple browsers, searching intranets, and using instant messaging platforms
