Job Summary
A healthcare provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payment Variance Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining appropriate supporting documentation for all refunds
- Reviewing all newly created credit balances
- Performing other assigned duties within the department
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of one (1) year in a patient accounting department required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Understanding of Managed Care Payer Contracts and contract language required
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
- Computer literacy and proficiency required
