Job Summary

A healthcare provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payment Variance Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining appropriate supporting documentation for all refunds
• Reviewing all newly created credit balances
• Performing other assigned duties within the department

Position Requirements Include:

• Minimum of one (1) year in a patient accounting department required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Understanding of Managed Care Payer Contracts and contract language required
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
• Computer literacy and proficiency required
