Job Summary
A company that provides internet payment solutions to businesses is filling a position for a Remote Payments and Processing Software Development Engineer in Test.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building out automation frameworks and observability features to help integrate automated tests seamlessly into current development processes
- Measuring and enhancing reliability, availability, and throughput of core platform services serving millions of customers
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams across the company to build new features or update existing ones at scale.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of one or more languages like: Python, Ruby, Go, Nodejs
- Typically, 4-6 years of relevant systems testing and feature development experience in fast paced environments
- Experience with build tools like: Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab
- Experience with messaging systems like: RabbitMQ or Kafka
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired
- Strong computer science fundamentals - data structures and algorithms
