Remote Payments Chief Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company that provides software solutions has an open position for a Remote Payments Chief Compliance Officer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Institute and maintain a world-class payments compliance program with a holistic “five pillars” approach
• Serve as Hopper’s Chief AML Compliance officer responsible for the company’s BSA compliance across all products
• Be willing to flex and grow to accommodate other compliance needs of our growing Legal and Compliance team

Qualifications for this position include:

• A BA/BS degree
• 7+ years experience in financial services compliance
• 5 years minimum as an AML compliance officer at a bank or licensed money transmitter
• A desire to stretch and grow into new compliance areas beyond AML
• In-depth understanding of compliance, operational risks and internal control frameworks
• Ability to build out compliance policies, procedures, processes and operations from the ground up
