Job Summary

A transportation technology and freight matching solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payments Operations Analyst .

Must be able to:

  • Update, maintain and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational related reports in Domo/Excel
  • Build and maintain datastores from Payments operational systems
  • Analyze and send Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Payments Operations Managers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2-4 years of Domo or other BI tool experience (e.g. Tableau)
  • Previous experience in an operational support role
  • Experience with relational databases, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and SQL processes
