A full-service utility submetering company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payments Processor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Navigating utility provider websites to make bill payments
• Researching utility account information to make certain bill information is correct
• Organizing and recording payment information into general trackers

Qualifications for this position include:

• Being proficient in navigating through multiple different computer programs
• Being comfortable on the phone
• Being able to work independently to investigate inconsistencies and resolve them
• Being able to explain a complex idea, both verbally and written, using clear, professional language
