Job Summary
A debt-relief company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payments Resolution Specialist in Baltimore.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and escalate priority issues to department team leads and managers
- Exercise sound judgment in handling or working with creditors to resolve settlement at risk situations
- Document and notate all research information according to standard operating procedures
Position Requirements Include:
- A hands-on, self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, with high proficiency in Excel
- Commitment to delivery extraordinary client experience
- Ability to solve problems and learn business rules and processes
- At least one years’ customer service experience required
- Experience working and collaborating on projects with stakeholders from various teams
