Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Payments Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Resolving or escalating client concerns through appropriate channels
- Following up and follows through on all pending client inquiries on a daily basis
- Ensuring delivery of exceptional service while answering payment inquiries
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the payments industry and/or a combined experience in payments and fintech industries
- Willingness and ability to learn programs quickly and operate multiple software programs concurrently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
