Job Summary
A provider of internet payment solutions is in need of a Remote Payments Technology Client Experience Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Onboarding and graduating close to 20 Merchant Accounts per quarter
- Providing singular point-of-contact, white-glove support for all of your accounts
- Consulting your Accounts through establishing and setting up their subscription programs
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years working in a customer or technical support role in the SaaS or eCommerce industry
- Proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS
- Proficiency in Excel/CSV
- Experience working with tools like JIRA and Zendesk
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desired
