Job Summary

A provider of internet payment solutions is in need of a Remote Payments Technology Client Experience Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Onboarding and graduating close to 20 Merchant Accounts per quarter
  • Providing singular point-of-contact, white-glove support for all of your accounts
  • Consulting your Accounts through establishing and setting up their subscription programs

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years working in a customer or technical support role in the SaaS or eCommerce industry
  • Proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS
  • Proficiency in Excel/CSV
  • Experience working with tools like JIRA and Zendesk
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desired
