A B2B payments platform has a current position open for a Remote Payments Technology Sales Manager in Seattle.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing Account Executives and SDRs directly in all phases of the selling process
- Continuously coaching Account Executives and SDRs
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and driving cross-functional improvement initiatives
Qualifications for this position include:
- Meet up twice a year as a whole team in some pretty awesome cities
- Proven track record of successfully scaling a Sales organization in the B2B space
- Demonstrated ability to continuously increase effectiveness of team
- Proven track record closing business and beating sales targets as an individual contributor
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboards
- 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of building teams
