A speech therapy company has a current position open for a Remote Payor Contracting Director Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and executing a strategic plan to identify contract or partnership opportunities
- Cultivating relationships and maintaining strong communications with health plans and payors
- Leading, developing, and identifying negotiation strategies for value-based and fee-for-service contract negotiations
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration degree
- At least five years of experience negotiating and managing contracts
- At least five years of experience managing and developing direct reports
- Experience with and competency in Google Suite and demonstrated ability to independently master new technologies
