Job Summary
A medical device development company is in need of a Remote Payor Relations and Contract Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing contract review of new and renewing contracts, including pricing and language negotiations
- Managing the implementation, execution, and communication of contracts throughout the organization
- Establishing a strong working relationship with insurance payors and serve as a liaison
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of managed care contracting, contracting language, insurance networks, and reimbursement methodologies
- Proven ability to research and resolve complicated contractual issues
- Must be observant, conscientious and pay meticulous attention to details
- Effective organizational, time management, and planning skills in order to meet deadlines
- Minimum 4 Year Bachelor’s degree or directly related experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in contract administration in health care industry
