Remote Payroll Accountant

Job Summary

To support the Americas Payroll team during a temporary leave, the Remote Payroll Accountant will manage payroll operations, reporting, data analysis, and employee support activities while working remotely on a contingent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, maintain, and analyze payroll, HR, time, and absence reports using ADP GlobalView, Workday, Excel, and Microsoft 365 tools
• Support payroll audits, reconciliations, data validation, and year-end readiness activities
• Research and respond to employee inquiries and assist with payroll systems administration and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll operations or related fields
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Experience with ADP GlobalView payroll systems
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM, reporting, and time and absence functionality
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, and VLOOKUPs
