Job Summary

A clean energy solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Payroll Accountant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Handle employee communications including timely resolution of payroll inquiries and/or payroll errors
• Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions

Qualifications Include:

• Payroll certification (CPP/FPC)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• ave extensive experience in a payroll specialist role or similar
• Must be proficient with payroll software (experience with Rippling and Paycor would be ideal) and MS Excel
• Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, payment, reconciliation, internal controls, payroll taxes, and audits
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
