Job Summary
A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Payroll Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all salaried and hourly employees
- Create and keep all payroll, time tracking and year end process documentation
- Train employees and managers on the time and attendance system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with full payroll responsibility in a multi-state capacity (including payroll tax registration)
- 1 year experience with Workday HRIS
- Experience working with a public company/equity transactions
- Have a strong knowledge of federal and state regulations as they pertain to payroll processing
- Experience processing salaried and hourly payrolls
- Fluency in MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GSuite (Google Docs, Gmail)
