Job Summary
An information technology solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Payroll Analyst IV.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Performing daily payroll department operations for biweekly payroll
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Understanding proper taxation of employer paid benefits
Qualifications for this position include:
- B.S/B.A and 8+ years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Knowledge of state and federal payroll and tax regulations
- Experience working with payroll software
