Job Summary
A business management consultant is seeking a Remote Payroll and Benefits Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing workflows for all pay-related functions
- Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 5 years of multi-state payroll experience, and 3 years of benefits and leave administration experience
- Must have a strong internal customer service philosophy
- Ability to function well under pressure, often in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
- Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively and concisely with a variety of constituents
- Must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, be flexible to meet customer demands
