Job Summary

A business management consultant is seeking a Remote Payroll and Benefits Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing workflows for all pay-related functions
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports of payroll transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 5 years of multi-state payroll experience, and 3 years of benefits and leave administration experience
  • Must have a strong internal customer service philosophy
  • Ability to function well under pressure, often in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively and concisely with a variety of constituents
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, be flexible to meet customer demands
