Job Summary
A financial technology company is filling a position for a Remote Payroll and Benefits Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Own day to day payroll operations, such as processing semi-monthly payroll for employees
- Provide support to the Operations and People team during open enrollment
- Provide support to employees for questions regarding earnings, deductions, PTO, and benefits
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have a BA/BS or a background you feel is equivalent
- Familiarity with payroll processes and systems
- Have a system for staying organized and a good head for numbers
- Have a high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Identify as having good common sense
- Enjoy optimizing processes and thinking about how to automate your job
