Job Summary
A venture fund and private equity firm is seeking a Remote Payroll and Benefits Manager.
Must be able to:
- Initiate, review and finalize year end payroll procedures and tax forms
- Analyze and respond to complex matters
- Review and approve all processes for semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Prior experience running payroll for<500 hourly and salaried non-exempt and exempt employees
- 5+ years experience in a full-cycle Payroll & Benefits administrator function
- Strong accounting knowledge to reconcile payroll and benefits with the accounting system
- Excellent reporting skills with proficiency in reporting i.e. benefits & payroll reporting
- High degree of confidentiality due to the highly sensitive nature of data
- Ability to analyze data, and provide feedback about what the data means
