Job Summary
A management consulting firm. is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Payroll and Benefits Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure daily payroll data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Manage workflow, including quarterly bonuses, to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hours laws and best practices
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience
