Remote Payroll and Benefits Manager

Job Summary

A privately-held energy services and maintenance company has an open position for a Remote Payroll and Benefits Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage HRIS encompassing all recruit to retire functions
• Provide benefits eligibility to vendors; process benefits invoices
• Supervise HR/payroll coordinators

Required Skills:

• Highly proficient with payroll systems, HRIS and Excel
• 5 years' experience managing payroll, HRIS and benefits for a 1000+ employee multi-state company
• Full understanding of payroll procedures, laws, taxes, regulations, and best practices
• 3 years supervision experience required
• Strong knowledge of all HR functions
• Experiencing leading shared services function
